I don't use social media at all, however I do check here and another couple of forums almost daily, if I'm too tired or out I don't.

I've always got Facebook, tumblr and twitter open

Very rarely. More so when BB is on for information gathering. I mainly only use it to register easily to some services that have that option.

But come to think of it, does TIBB and internet forums count as social media or only Facebook, Tumblr, Twitter and such?

I didn´t count them in my response.

Only do Facebook, go on it a good few tines a day to keep in touch with family etc.

I don't do social media, this forum is the first experience of chatting on line for me, I just don't get Facebook and Twitter???

I check my facebook everyday

And view this forum everyday when possible if that counts
