I can't help wondering why the bystanders weren't taking the culprits registration number and calling the police or trying to help the poor woman. Don't people make citizens arrests anymore?

..yeah that's the worrying thing as well that no one appeared from the CCTV to be using their phones to call the police, let alone helping....

Why wasn't anyone helping? I can't believe I was born in that city sometimes when you read stuff like this.

Either she's well known to not be messed with or the shopkeeper was too stunned to act, you would have thought he would when she slammed her into his display?

If you watch the video, it looks like the guy in the purpley jacket was trying to tell her to stop, but it also looks like he's an old man and probably not able to "jump in" to do anything.

Sadly you can't do anything now days for fear of an idiot like this beating on you in a completely unprovoked attack, i say find this scumbag and bring back the stocks!

men cant step in anymore for fera of being falsely accused of some nonsense. i know people who have stepped in and ended up being falsely accused of something
