Thank you. Like verbal bullying is hard to get rid of but cyber bullying all you have to do is either block that person or just turn the computer off.

I actually agree with this, bullying is wrong in any sort of way, but when someone says 'I was bullied online' surely it's just common sense to block the ****ers and move on?

Tbh though, Why have people not let you enjoy something that millions if not biillions of people use daily because of some **** being a twat to someone?

And, I kind of agree with you, but nowadays it's hard to just switch off, you've got to remember most teens in the country now have smartphones, etc. so it's following you around if it happens to you.

Cyber bullying is a bit more than having a few dicks send trolling messages on social media.

Anybody can ignore/block that.

It's when it goes beyond that and bleeds into real life, especially for people in school.

I understand you!
But when its online bullying its not to your face its SO easy to ignore.
When it starts to become harrasment rather than bullying thats when it become a more serious thing (like including your friends etc etc) but even then you can block them.

I'd stay clear of the 'controversial opinions' thread then if I were you. :hehe:

Since so many think that cyber bully isn't a serious issue, I'm gonna be controversial and say I think it is.

Being picked on, insulted, targeted and having it there constantly, that's pretty serious. Also unlike face to face bullying, cyber bully is often done anonymously.

How is the victim stopping going online a fair solution to the problem?

Definitely agree, in some ways it can be even harder to escape because you're not even free from it in your home
