THE X Factor 2014 evictee Orla Keogh was arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A drugs according to new reports.

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's former hopeful – who didn't make it through to Judges' Houses – was reportedly caught in Ibiza by police were she was working as a rep.

As reported by The Sun, a spokesman from the Spanish police revealed Orla was arrested alongside another male, 25, from Doncaster.

Officers are said to have taken 21 ecstasy pills, ten LSD tablets and three doses of another drug yet to be identified.

A court rep in Ibiza said: "This case is still at an investigative stage. If and when trial proceeding are initiated we may be in a position to release more information."

If Orla is asked to face trial it is thought she could face a prison sentence if convicted.

An ITV spokesman confirmed to OK! Online: "We were not aware of Orla's alleged arrest. The X Factor has a system in place to complete criminal and welfare checks for every contestant from the Bootcamp stage of the competition onwards.

"We do criminal records checks which cover the whole of the UK. Contestants are also asked to disclose any arrests or convictions during the audition process and at no point did Orla inform the production team of anything."

And while the 21-year-old's personal life doesn't seem to be going that great, her singing career has reached new levels as it's believed she could be returning for the live shows.
