He's got most distinct voice bar Andrea and unfortunately this is his biggest rival, the camp Italian who will pip him to post and win.

:unsure: I think he has got a good voice but unfortunately his song choice tonight didn't really show it off to its full potential.

I don't think that was important tonight. All Paul had to do is open decently, sing a modern song and move a bit. Andrea has set bar very high....

that's true, there are plenty of fodder acts that he was way above this week but he will have to up his game if he wants to get past the halfway point.

If you start of too strong and can't maintain, the exit beckons.

Paul needs more swag and charisma, he's justa brilliant voice which is not enough.

I think he got the wrong song choice, but he will get through.

Will be giving my five votes to him every week even though he isn't my favourite in the competition. He is from my hometown and I have seen him live a couple of times and he is amazing. Literally no one famous has come from here, so it will be a massive deal of he gets to the final and gets to do his hometown concert!!

Is this sarcasm because his last name is Akister, not Acaster.

He needed to sing something modern and "sexy" as he could easily join Jay in getting the Mother's Day album career. If he could lose about 2 stone he would be a decent looking lad and be marketed in more attractive light as Andrea has stolen his "asexual sweet teddy bear with a great voice" schtick.

Forgot to add I don't want Paul to become Leon Jackson #3 (last year's Nicholas was Leon Jackson #2)

Love him. His voice is exceptional and he looks pretty good too - lovely face and smile.

I don't know why , but he does nothing for me. He can sing, but there's something missing.
