Chloe J has charisma unlike other girls

Big issue for Lola, Stephanie and Lauren is although they have better vocals arguably than Chloe J, they simply don't have the her charisma, intrigue or media interest. This isn't the Voice so having personality, and that certain something is crucial. No one's really talking about Lola and that's worrying, whereas I know Chloe hasn't got the best vocal but I look forward to what she will do next.

Black Dagger 12-10-2014 10:13 PM

I agree tbh. Give me a Chloe performance over a Lola Snoreders anyday.

Shaun 12-10-2014 10:17 PM

tbh I think Lauren does too, but yeah Lola's a dullard.

Jamesy 12-10-2014 10:18 PM

I don't find any of the girls interesting to be honest.

I forget them all overnight.

Amy Jade 12-10-2014 10:18 PM

Sadly having a personality will be her downfall.

Doogle 12-10-2014 10:19 PM

Terrible year for girls. Lauren has talent but not "it". Lola is a mess. Chloe is the only one who stands out.

The other will be gone next week or week 3

joeysteele 12-10-2014 10:19 PM

I love Chloe's voice and performances, I agreed with Mel B, it was like watching an already big star performing.

Brother Leon 12-10-2014 10:30 PM

She's almost just as dull honestly. She had a decent Judges Houses, but I generally find her performances bland.

I don't find any of them particularly 'endearing' but the only girl I like is Lauren, she seems the most normal, us she's the most talented member of the category.

I personally find Chloe quite repugnant, I don't find her endearing in the slightest, rather the opposite, she annoys the life out of me.

Normal and endearing is Zzzzzzzzzz. Madonna Rihanna Paloma Niki Minaj Lilley Allen Britney Spears Pink Miley and Jessie J are neither of these things but still all very sucessful. Madonna is notoriously frosty as is Christina Aguilera, Taylor Swift has got less sweetie pie and strayed from her nicey nicey country roots and seen her career explode. XF winner Leona is down to earth and sweet, but where is her career. The media have to give a sh#t about you especially if you are female.

Obviously Lauren is young but she neeeds to find a way of getting her name out there. Stephanie lets face it is a lost cause. Too nervy. Lola was ace but in reality of music industry she's forgettable. Chloe J plays the game well. Crying about negative media attention was a ruse, she loves it (she's a reality pro) and probably plants "bad" stories herself. Chloe J is like Lana DR, ie a weak vocal, but sexy strong image charisma and vintage style. Lauren's got a great voice but has no image or intrigue so in the big bad world of music industry she won't stand out. Paloma Faith used to wear normal clothes and nobody gave a crap. Gaga began to wear crazy stuff, Paloma followed suite and bgean to have attention and minor hits.

For me personally, I can't be a fan of something, if there's nothing endearing about them and I meant normal as In, being down to earth and seeming like they'd be easy to get along with.

I honestly don't see any redeeming qualities in Chloe, I find her irritating, arrogant, self obsessed and I honestly don't think she has the talent in order to back up the lack of those qualities, she's got an average voice at best and I don't see any sexiness in her whatsoever, she's close to the bottom of the pile in my book, shouldn't even be there.

Mystic Mock 13-10-2014 03:48 AM

I actually saw potential with Lauren to be more interesting this week, plus I think her looks will be quite strong when she's a little bit older and dressed more adult.

Chloe Jasmine's performances have been quite dull throughout for me so far, plus she lacks the talent, and I honestly find her the least attractive of all the girls this year, her body shape is way too boyish.

Vanessa 13-10-2014 03:50 AM

I love Chloe. She's fantastic.

Milkita 13-10-2014 05:25 AM

Have to agree with you on this. Chloe can actually sing and her higher voice is even better than Lola.

She will be the star of the serie ;)

alex_front2 13-10-2014 11:23 AM

Out of girls I suspect Chloe will be only one who will have a career post XF. Cowell et al won't have energy to invest in others, whereas Chloe is an out of the box starlet who ruthlessly knows exactly what she's doing. Don't get me wrong I am no fan but she has "it" ie a certain XFactor whereas the other girls are just good singers which funnily enough is not the key ingredient for female singers eg Madonna, Lana DR etc are not awesome vocalists but outsell more talented females and ack up column inches.

In the interviews eg Xtra Factor Chloe dominates and seems the only one with something to say, the other girls need to up their game otherwise they will follow in a long line of talented young females XF has forgotten. Lola either needs to own her wacky outfit choices or take control - did she like her dress on Saturday? There needs to be more artistry from the others as it's becoming the Chloe Jasmine show wherethe least talented vocalist does the best post XF.

Sophiee 13-10-2014 11:43 AM

she's also incredibly unlikable.

Crimson Dynamo 13-10-2014 11:57 AM

Lauren will will if there is any justice

So is Madonna and Rihanna is hardly a sweetheart. Arguably being likeable is no longer a guarantee, Miley switched from sweetie Hanna Montana Disney Princess to being an ulikeable sl#tty personae and had two massive hits. Nice people often make dull music.:joker: I am not not a Rihanna fan but if I were I would not be asking Rihanna to be my role model, buddy etc, just make songs, if she acts like a cow/ nasty/ obnoxious then that's ok, she's still better than nice Leona

Syco or whatever label gets singers would put more effort in marketing Chloe J, whereas Lola will be a struggle. There have been zero column inches regarding Lauren. Even Ella Henderson (similar age) iirc whipped up a showmance with one of Union J.

Rihanna is nowhere near the same level as Leona, definitely not better.. I don't even like RiRi but in her defense, she does have redeeming qualities, she's funny and she's immensely attractive, Chloe is neither.

But Rihanna is a million times more successful than Leona, and that's my point likeability, singing ability is low down on female singer attributes, for all of Leona's niceness and vocal talent her commercial career seems over, Rihanna will go on for another 3 -4 years on top of her game. If you ask most people who's better they will say Rihanna. Why? Because she's easily more successful and marketable. Leona's niceness is dismissed as dull.

Chloe is very attractive, a stylised haircut, model face, no tattoos, even as a woman I can see that she's pretty and her posh voice is kind of silky. Fashion mags are talking about her [to be fair she was a model] but her fashion is being discuseed. Female artists have to embrace fashion now. Even Pink has admitted she can't get away with not giving a crap about clothes. And believe me I get accused on her of favoring black women.

Again I want Stephanie and Lauren to do well but they just don't have "it" and it can't be manufactured. Even you seem to dislike Chloe more than you like the others, she's causing a reaction from you which in reality equates to headliness which equates to cheap promotion. Miley Cyrus knew everyone would hate her after twerking Robin Thicke duet VMA last year but it gained global headlines. Chloe J wants to be divisive and have haters as it's keeping her in media as she can't compete with Lola and Lauren. Lola Stephanie (and Paul) neeed to get to grips with the non singing aspects of being a pop star.
