Josy 15-10-2014 02:38 PM

I don't get it. I'm terrified of needles.

Yes there are side effects for some,

I was told i should have the flu jab every year as my auto-imune system doesn't work properly and your body can't fight off illness as well, which is why it took me a while to get rid of swine flu, better to be safe then sorry

Vanessa 15-10-2014 02:47 PM

No, i don't really get the flu. Just the cold and i all i need for that is an aspirine.

Really Luke, that's unusual. Do you have to take thyroxin?

My parents both have flu jabs and the pair of them never have any side-effects whatsoever.

I have the reverse, I'm overactive and have to take carbimazole. If you put the two of us together we probably make one normal person!

I get it every year, I've got mild asthma and I'm really susceptible to getting ill and being unable to shake off illnesses for longer than the average person (e.g. I've had a cold since the end of August and it's only now, 2 months later, that I'm almost completely over it. Very annoying!)

smudgie 23-10-2014 05:42 PM

Yes, get it every year, no problem.

Kizzy 23-10-2014 05:42 PM

My son gets it for his asthma.

Jessica. 23-10-2014 06:51 PM

Nope, I've never had a flu jab.

Lease shocking information I've heard all day. They should jab you full of anything they've got on offer, then roll you in bubble-wrap x

Kizzy 16-11-2014 01:47 AM

Has anyone had the pneumonia jab?
