I cannot say I'm too happy with Eton Road's choice, they've just gone down the camp route again.Slightly dreary choice for Robert but I think he will do it well.

Overall not great choices for such a wide theme.

Eton Road-Was hoping for Take That :laugh: But i think they will do goo at Scissor Sisters!

MacDs-Predictable but will probs stay in anyway! (unfortunatly)

Robert-Bit dreary-i woulda chose an up-tempo song

Leona-Again predictable-dont see the big fuss over her but i suspect that she will 'blow everyone away' with her voice (again)

Ray-Cant stand him and no matter what he does I never will. He will probs do a swing version of it:sleep:

Ben-I suspect that he will do the rocky Jarvis Cocker version to suit his voice more.

You say that everyweek lol, I no the other one's alot better then her's i think she has the worse song choice this week.

Bit surprised with what Ben's singing thought he might have done Bryan Adams everything i do, but with a little help from my friend's is still a massive hit from the Beatle's.

Robert should be good and so should Eton Rd, Burger King Brother's will do rubbish as usual.

Rays is a difficult one to I think, And I love the sont that Leona is singing, She should have another good week.

so its ok for Ben to do rock every week since the live shows started but ray does swing from week 3 onwards and people start having a go at him. at least rays different. theres no swing artists around now. and although i am a fan of rock, there is loads of them and tbh bens sh!t. so ray will be different but ben will be samey and sh!t

Eton Rd - I like this song but they are going for the camp thing again. But what do ya expect with Louis as a mentor.
Them - Safe. easy song choice. They will probably still be **** and still stay in.
Robert - Bit surprised. I hope he does okay.
Leona - A good song. She will do extremely well with this.
Ray - Horrible Song. Just another song for him to make swing and to his horrible dance moves to.
Ben - One of the best songs ever IMO. I think he will do well with this as long as he doesn't over do it.

Eton Road - another cheesey one, itll suit them. i think theyll do well.
Mcdonald Bros - whatever they sing itll be sh!t
Robert - i think its quite a good song for him. i think he'll do well.
Leona - they all do that. its a bit too original for her.
Ray - i dont actually think he'll do a swing version. he's tried non-swing before, and it was good.
Ben - i think it will be good for him. especially if he doesn't do the rock vesion. hes never give rock a break. i dont even think rocks the right genre for him.

i know. he sang it in the auditions, all through bootcamp, and every live show. ray sang swing - audition, show 3,4,5, and maybe from show 3 on

im not saying you have to like him, just stop saying hes boring, then thinking ben's good. ben does rock more than ray does swing and theres loads of rock artists today. there are no swing so ben will be boring and the same as everyone else, at least rays different.

I agree with you there but personlly I find Rays style outdated. I think Ben could show us more styles too. But isnt it the case now we're getting closer to the end that they are all staying within their safetly zones?

Both Ray and Ben have great voices. But you cant change peoples opinions of who they like and dont like. And thats why its great to dicuss the differences. I dont beleive that people should shout you down just because of a difference in opinion. I know thats not what you were saying I just think lots of people on here do that and I dont agree with it.
Everyone has the right to like different people :thumbs: And I think a few members should remember that

And Littledave, All Im trying to say is, A lot of people find Rays swing style boring, but not a lot of people find Bens rock style boring.

i know that, but to say that rays always doing swing and its getting boring and then loving ben. say swings boring, but not tht ray does it too much, because ben does rock more

I agree Ben needs to go out of the saftey zone of Rock and show us what he can do. If not he wont stay in!
