why are the roads so quiet ?

why are the roads so quiet ? 27.10.14

i don't want to seem like a jerk
but i am going to off load
just let me reverse park my Merc
then i will give details about the road.
every single morning
it will appear like magic
in most cars the occupier is yawning
it is no fun sitting in traffic.
the pollution is everywhere
Delhi is coming with the smog
i can see it in the air
on a lovely sunny day it seems like fog.
but now it is empty
running free with no congestion
has London and the car got "no entry"
trying to figure this out is giving me brain indigestion.
has everyone seen the gannet
every day the green talk
yes we can save the planet
where are the millions on the pavement walk.
or is there a explanation
could i be a blind fool
as you can see from my poem humiliation
its because children are not driven to school.

( have you noticed the drop in traffic when it is school holiday's ? it is so noticeable. or is the reason something else ? reply's to this thread today or end of day have to rhyme please. )
