I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! new 'jungle jail' twist revealed Reigning King of the Jungle Kian Egan reveals that viewers will vote half of the celebrity campers into jungle jail, from will do the bush tucker trail Things are starting out a little differently on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! with viewers getting to choose which group of celebs face the 'jungle slammer' ie. jungle jail on arrival. As with last year, the campmates are being split up straight away. "So in Group A we have Tinchy Stryder, Melanie Sykes, Jimmy Bullard, Kendra Wilkinson, and Michael Buerk," reigning jungle champ Kian Egan explains on today's This Morning. "In Group B we have Craig Charles, Gemma Collins, Carl Fogarty, Nadia Forde, and Vicki Michelle.” Viewers can vote which group has to do the time in jungle jail - which knowing this show will also include a fair amount of unwanted attention from bugs and animals - plus, as an added bonus (!) someone from this chosen camp will then face the first Bushtucker Trial. Well, no one said it was going to be easy, did they? Of this year’s celebrity line up, Kian says. “I think it’s a great line up. I think the big thing is there’s obviously a good mix of characters, people who are sporty, some who aren’t...others that are louder, quieter, political.” “The [the celebrities] are locked away now and very nervous let me tell you. At this point they have been taken out of society, they have had their mobile phones taken off them, they are locked in a HOTEL ROOM, so they have no idea who else is out there - they have no clue what is going on! Advice for them? Stay calm and be yourself.” |

Suppose it's a bit different to the usual crock creek and snake rock format.

It's quiet confusing.
But at least it's something different. I've been watching the show for seven years now, and they've used the split camps ever since. Good to see some changes to the format. Looking forwards to watching even more. My favorite is Group A. :) |

Why is Kian Egan discussing it? Is he joining the presenting team or something?

Don't you start Cheriebomb!!! :fist:

Its hardly different from previous years.
Im bored of the 2 camps thing and no doubt 2 new celebs will enter in a week and stay in some sort of prison full of critters for the night before entering the camp. Its very samey samey. I know a lot of people complain about the production of Celebrity Big Brother but their twists are far more imaginative, sometimes genius and the calibre of celebs are much higher. With ITV being such a massive channel compared to Channel 5 you would think they would be able to pull in the bigger celebs, this year seems a poor line up. Suppose the millions of housewives who watch see this show as amazing just because its on a big channel. ....I'll still be watching lol. |

So true, how they get away with using the same tasks year in year out and people actually phone in is unbelievable, I suppose you could say its tradition now :umm2: |
Here for Michael being in the slammer...again :hehe:
