Jay James branded a bully.

X Factor 2014 contestant Jay James has been branded a diva who has ‘intimidated’ the other contestants.

The singer is the favourite to go in tonight’s results show and it seems that his chances on the show are tumbling by the second today.

Sources backstage on The X Factor claim that Jay has become an “absolute nightmare” behind the the scenes, despite his “pretty likeable character on camera.”

The Sun on Sunday reports that even Simon Cowell had to get involved when a row erupted between Jay and Stevi Ritchie.

A source told the newspaper: “He is one of the most hated contestants we’ve ever had.”

The Daily Mirror meanwhile reports on claims that some of the other acts have branded Jay a BULLY.

“A number of the contestants are a bit intimidated by Jay,” an insider commented. “He can be very intense and quite *outspoken.

“It has come as a shock to the less confident singers. He has said things to people while they are practising which they have found hurtful.”

However Jay defended himself and said his comments were just “friendly banter and friendly direction”.

“I respect that people need to make their own *decisions in this environment. But from a friend *perspective, I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t think so much of the people,” he said. “If they’re wearing green jeans with an *orange top I’d just be like, ‘Let’s have a word, maybe you shouldn’t’.”

And Jay hit back at being branded “intense”: “Intense is not the word, I think driven is – I’m very driven. I think the opportunity deserves the respect of me giving it that focus.”

He always has a smirk on his face when the judges give their critic ,hope he goes tonight as I have never rated him .

warrenhill 16-11-2014 02:09 PM

He also moved his own furniture into the house the first week because he told the others he would be around for a long time and wanted to feel at home....:joker:

He and his wife come across on camera as a nice couple but i think behind the scenes they are both up their own A**es.....

Simon saved him last weekend with the pathetic reason that he "needs money and has kids"...

Im sure Simon has other reasons why he saved him.....

Lets hope he goes tonight....

I can imagine him being nasty.. but honestly, who hasn't been branded a bully this year? Not sure if I believe this or not.

So was Fleur,so do we believe these rags or not, personally I don't.I saw Youtube footage of him today having fun with them so I don't believe a word of it.

For him to pass it off as 'friendly direction' does sound like he may have been saying things that may have been a tad rude but honestly the press obsession to brand people as bullys is so pathetic and desperate.jm

Looks like Jay's time is up, even his granddads suit won't save him against the Cowell publicity machine.:hehe:

Black Dagger 16-11-2014 02:38 PM

Look at the way he kicks that inanimate object

Such an aggressive thug.

True http://www.heartbreakers.me/public/s...efault/rot.gif

I was expecting Fleur to get them instead of Jay tbh, even if Fleur was being promoted as everyone's best friend http://www.heartbreakers.me/public/s...efault/cry.png

Fleur was branded a bully by some school pupils according to one of the rag tops, but we didn't believe that one.:hehe:

Braden 16-11-2014 03:47 PM

This situation has probably been exaggerated purely for a headline, but did anyone see how Stevi and Jay were interacting on Xtra Factor?

Stevi looked as if he was getting really pissed off with Jay because he kept mentioning how Stevi's breath smelt after eating peanut butter :joker: It was intended as a joke since there was a skit about it, but Stevi looked like he was getting really annoyed by Jay continuously saying the same thing.

LukeB 16-11-2014 03:49 PM

this is a load of ****

Drew. 16-11-2014 03:50 PM

I have witnessed it, He is a horrible bully.

warrenhill 16-11-2014 04:09 PM

The bottom line is..

He was a failed "pop star" first time around and his second chance will last even less...

Wasn't that Stephanie? http://www.heartbreakers.me/public/s...efault/rot.gif

Mystic Mock 16-11-2014 04:52 PM

I think this is a pathetic attempt at making Jay James look horrific when he does that to himself already.

Tom4784 16-11-2014 05:19 PM

I don't believe that he's a bully but I do think that he's incredibly arrogant. The sooner he gets booted out the better.
