Shampoo
So recently my hair's become quite dry, idek how it happened (one of the girls I work with went as far as to say it was wirey like a dog she once had :umm2:)
I've tried using Aussie (moisturising) shampoo and it's improved it a little but not massively do any of yall have hair problems that were sorted with certain brands of shampoo/conditioner? |
Shave it all off and start again. :smug:
|
I don't think that's how it works :umm2:

L'Oreal's Mythic Oil is amazing if your hair's a bit dry, Smithy. You only need a tiny bit, it looks a little greasy when you first rub it in but your hair kind of drinks it in and it makes it really soft and healthy looking.

My hair started looking really dull and that a few years back, using treseme worked wonders
|
maybe it is your diet

|
My diet hasn't changed though :conf2: if anything I've started eating better recently

Argan Oil could help, it'll improve your scalp/hair dryness but maybe do it at the weekend when you don't have anything planned, as your hair could become greasy initially.
|
Stop washing it so much
Do it maybe 3 times a week at most Use looaaaads of conditioner and leave it on them wash it out later |

mush up an avocado and sit with that on your head for an hour ( no joke)

Do you use hair products regularly? It could be from a build up of that, coating the hair and making it dry. Give a clarifying shampoo a go. I use Redken Cleansing Cream once a week and it's amazing, it gets rid of all the crap but doesn't dry my hair out. It also stops hard water deposits on your hair which could also be making it dry.

only wax/gum stuff like that, but even then it's not everyday :worry: i'll take a look
|
Even if it's not every day normal shampoo can't get all of it off which is why it builds up.
