If I cut my finger then I just wait until it stops bleeding and get on with my day, depends how deep the cut is tho.

I can't imagine having 'yellow fat' seeping from your finger is a good sign.

Superglue it shut or shove a bit of electrical tape round your finger and get on with things it will be reet.

The yellow stuff could be puss.

Amber coloured puss is usually fine, yellow though? Go get that checked

Yellow fat, is it an old cut? What did you cut it on?

if it's not bleeding soak your finger in cooled boiled water as hot as you can stand for 5 mins or so to draw out any dirt and dress with a sterile bandage or plaster everyday.
If it looks angry or its very very sore go to your GP.
