it depends how you look at it

eg

if you want more then its half emtp if you dont want more its half full :xyxwave:

i always want more so i said its half empty :hello:

I don't know really, if someone was pouring a drink and only did it half way I would say "It's half-empty".
But if I was describing it I would say it's half-full. :conf:
