Why did they slate bens performance of hallelujah? For me that was the performance of the series and one of the best versions I have ever heard of that. I felt every word. It sounded so so good. It gave me goosebumps and it made me a bit tearful. That said I'm emotional today as found out today I'm gonna be a daddy :)

And tbh unless you're Fleur you get criticized by the judges, especially Mel B.

Ben's Hallelujah was the best performance of the night (although it's not really saying much as his and Lauren's Story Of My Life were the only standout performances this week) but it still was the case for me.

To be honest I think everyone did really well tonight. But bens performance really struck a cord with me and for them to not even stand up for him really annoyed me! And Mel always saying Ben is a rock singer not to sing emotional songs. She hasn't a clue. She should dare say that to the likes of Aerosmith and Bon jovi...

Mel B has clearly never heard of Rock Ballads.

TBH I didn't rate his performance I almost always agree with Mel. I thought he was shouting the song and I couldn't help but compare it to Alexandra Burkes version which was perfect imo.

Ben is boring, at least with Fleur you can expect something different.

Agreed that's all Fleur does, an act that's specifically is meant for one gender does always piss me off anyway.
