Tonight, the BBC celebrates an amazing year of music as Chris Evans and Fearne Cotton host the first ever BBC Music Awards live from Earls Court. With performances from Coldplay, One Direction, Sir Tom Jones, George Ezra and many more, it's set to be a fantastic night of music. Plus, the winners for British Artist of the Year, International Artist of the Year, Best Song of the Year and BBC Introducting Act of the Year will be revealed.
