Any VirginMedia Deliverys go through Yodel - so about 2 weeks time
 
This time VirginMedia
has Philippines workers

I wanted my current VirginHD box
box to change for a Tivo
and £20 for Delivery - thats fine


But using Fecking Yodel
they just lost a upgrade

I asked her for her managers name
she gave it.
I said the American Owner will be so angry
you lost a sale.


Fecking Yodel CEO is on Every News
saying the will not take new orders
I can not pay £20 and not have it in 2 days?
thats Fecking Criminal


They Deliver from Wales
you would think on the day Yodel says no new delivers taken
they could use another service
thats common sense

I do not mind the Head Base for Stock being in Wales
all that stinks is them saying pay £20 for delivery

I am glad I complained.
As that dept came back to me
sent the TIVO free of charge
took 20 pounds of my month bill
and put my internet up to 150



Well Done virgin for making me happy.


With a Tivo
if you have subtitles on
you can fast forward the first speed
and subtitles stay on,
So you can speed read.
