FORMER Big Brother contestant Derek Laud may have refused to go on David Cameron's A-list but it looks like another BB inmate could be putting himself forward.

He was a guest at a Conservative Way Forward event with Baroness Thatcher the other night and has not ruled out standing as a candidate.

"I'm interested in learning more about politics," he confided. "Who knows, maybe one day I will think about standing. There needs to be more people my age."
