Drinking (not booze) when you eat?
 

Are you one of the strange breeds of human who has their tea or lunch and does not have a cup of juice/tea/water to drink with it?


What kind of fresh hell is this?

Oh no I always have to have a drink with food, usually tea with breakfast and lunch and a glass of water with dinner

I always drink water when I eat, otherwise it can be so dry/ too hot.

I always have a cup of tea with any meals. I sometimes take a glass of fruit juice with my dinner as well though. The only time I drink any kind of fizzy pop is coke in my Bacardi.

I have to have a drink when eating. How can people not? :umm2:

it depends what i'm having to eat tbh. It's mostly either water or Apple & Mango juice. Sometimes a glass of coke with a wedge of lemon :lovedup:

They only tyime I dont is when I eat soup

I always have some kind of drink. I need to.

Water, milk, juice or sometimes coca cola if I'm feeling rebellious.

I read somewhere a long time ago that drinking while eating, even water, dilutes the digestive enzymes our body produces from the mouth down, so I stopped drinking water when eating.

But once the meal is over I am sipping on coffee in the morns and tea all the rest of the day. I gag if I don't have a cuppa something with me at all times

And you should drink water rater than the various alcoholic beverages you throw down your neck :nono:

I only drink flavoured water when I'm eating, i can't be dealing with all that plain water nonsense.
