Dire launch.

I like the housemates and the line up.
But the actual launch it's self was utter tripe.

It was similar to CBB14's **** launch.
I don't like how they've both gotten 2 hour launches, and start straight away.

I'm not a fan of how they ditched the house tour and quickly introduced us to housemate #1, so they could waste time on a crap twist, which even Katie Hopkins guessed what was happening.

I also found last nights launch to be contrived.
The housemates all knew each other, and it wasn't like a usually launch where they'd all be standing up talking, instead they were all sat down on sofas waiting for the next person to come.
It was housemate enter, housemate enter. One dimensional.
CBB13's launch and BB15's launch were far better.
CBB14 also did the same mistake.

Didn't like it.

I hope they don't do that for Civvy BB.
BRING BACK HOUSE TOURS!

I though it was ok, I guess they didn't do a house tour because there was 14 people going in with an extra twist

True.
But for Civvy BB, they managed to put 10 people in a house, with a house tour and enough time for a twist, all in 90 minutes.

I think there was plenty time last night.
They could've not shown us Katie all the time in between the adverts.
Don't get me started on that mini best bit thing at the end of the launch.

I thought it was a brilliant launch.

Usually I find they drag but I didn't want last nights to end and it went very quick.

Brilliant bunch of housemates.

Agree with housemates. Great line-up.
I have like five favourites, rather than the usually one or two.
Actually I like them all, except Ken, Jeremy, and Kavana, which I don't care for at all.

The launch was literally nothing special. Not bad at all but slow and repetitive.

Daniel. 08-01-2015 04:46 PM

I preffered the CBB14 launch but it was still good

PrincessIona 08-01-2015 04:48 PM

I usually like the launch shows but u found this one a bit boring, it just didn't feel exciting like it usually does

Same here.
It wasn't like the usual launches.
I didn't like the layout. Disappointing as I love the line up.

I just hope they don't do it for summer BB or even the next CBB.
It's one of the reasons the CBB14 launch sucked too.

It didn't help that there was so much speculation in the press regarding who was going to enter. Perez, famous for blogging gossip, was going to have found out who was entering as we had about two weeks ago. There were very few surprises. I found the graphics on the large screens out side the house irritating, and rubbish and thought that the whole launch felt over rehearsed and too similar to the launches we've had since 2011- that 9 series now if I'm correct!

Last night really highlighted the need for the exterior to be rebuilt and for the whole Launch event to be remastered! It felt to me like all the housemates were sat backstage waiting for their turn and had met three days ago when they went into hiding!

Also I don't think the house is as great as I originally did. The lounge is nice but feels more of an interior design project, rather than a tv production set- whereby camera angles are of greatest importance, and with the high backed sofas, there was lots we couldn't see, especially when Patsy was originally sat down. I think that the house looked better in pictures than on screen.

Also the fact they were sat down was totally down to the housemates- Im hoping its not a sign that they're going to be a little dull and all get on- on the whole, exc. Katie Hopkins of course!!

I do think that the Emma interviews could be scrapped

rionablue 08-01-2015 05:07 PM

I would have liked the house tour and for them to omit all the stupid cutting to Katie to see what she thought before. it was boring as she is. Let it be a surprise who she picked at the end instead of us getting hints. The house tour is an essential part of BB and shouldn't be dropped for stupid stupid waffle

Not much you liked then lol.

The whole show was pretty bland and highly predictive. The twist, the mission, Emmas favouritism and the repetitive stream of low budget celebs all acting their parts out. Nothing really stood out and it would have been better to have them all herded in at the same time and some time spent on a dastardly plan to provide some entertainment.
