Solid 10

AnnieK 16-01-2015 07:40 PM

Solid 3.....I don't do much cooking  I can follow a recipe but I'm not very good at experimenting

Don't think I have ever properly cooked a meal in my life. Just seems like a waste of time to me buying all sorts of different ingredients and slaving over a stove for ages for a meal that will probably only take about 10 minutes to eat

I can legit cook anything and make it taste nice, so 10.

I am in the middle of making mash potato, but healthy, so without butter and milk and it will taste nice though somehow

Like annie I have some faves that I do well, but should be more adventurous so I put 5.

Liam- 16-01-2015 07:48 PM

Fairly decent, I'd give myself at least a 6

GypsyGoth 16-01-2015 09:16 PM

I'm pretty good, well people don't complain when I cook for them

Anyway there is so much I haven't tried to make yet.

Beat an egg up and add that to your mash, it makes it lovely and creamy.

I've put 8 because although I used to cook for a living and wasn't bad at it, I've got a bit lazy as I've got older. I still make most of my food from scratch, but I use frozen or ready roll pastry more often than not.

Good enough to get paid for it:laugh:

The philly bit sounds lovely. Not sure about the almond milk, although I won't knock it til I've tried it.

I would say a 6. I'm good at the stuff I know, but there's a lot I've never tried doing before. Nearly every time I try something new it's turned out OK though.

But when it comes to pancakes, chinese dishes and a good cottage pie, I am a solid 10. :clap2:

A strong 10

kirklancaster 17-01-2015 11:08 AM

Id say I was a 10 seeing as I love cooking and do 99% of it in our household. I'm told I'm good at it anyway.
