Not all gays act like Perez. I'm not saying it's not fun ( I like the show) but that reinforces the stereotypical gay just ss much as Perez, Smithy, making Michelle's speech pointless and hypocritical.

I actually found it more annoying that people should be expected to connect Perez' behaviour with his homosexuality.

No she wasn't chuff, speaking as if she had the gay community's voice is one of my most hated things and she spoke as if she was representing me. She wasn't and isn't, neither is Perez.

Honestly I think she's just very protective over the gay community and is sad to see somebody like Perez representing the community, which he does - he's feeding into a stereotype and sadly it does garner less that kind comments and views.

Amy, if people think he represents us and that we are all like that I am more disappointed in them tbh, not him who is being himself.

The whole point is all people are different, gay or straight, so I don't see why sexuality should play any part in a hate/dislike/love for anyone

She is such an advocate for the whole of the gay community not just people in drag that's just a show she works on.

She is huge in supporting gay rights and meeting people like Perez Hilton who is making gay men look like utter ***** is why she is getting so upset.

She wants gay men to be treated equally and not as freaks and perverts like in the 1950's and she is afraid the UK will generalise all gay people based on Perez's actions.

No, he's acting up, like he always done, this is nothing different for him. If he wants to be that the so be it. people who assume we will all be offended by it are what annoys me? Why should I be offended? because I'm gay? Do people say like Cami embarrass you as a straight person because they portray straight people?
