Watched yesterdays episode and what was with Katie's reaction to Alicia and Keith having a laugh, and the comments about her not knowing what shapes were or the alphabet until she taught her daughter. Was not happy with Cami being involved in the latter neither but she's flawless so meh but what you doing Katie... :shocked:

She was very righteous and fair IMO up till this point with the battles she has chosen even the past scruffles with Alicia but last nights ep she was abit shit.

She's a miserable old bat and can't stand to see others have a laugh without her.

I thought she restrained herself well.

Yep as the days pass Katie gets more and more judgemental of her HMs she can't seem to let things drop her entertainment is the ridicule of others..:nono:

Katie H's expression in the kitchen then was the highlight of the show - I just never really have seen anyone fit the description of sucking lemons (when they weren't actually sucking them) so closely before. Literally made me laugh out loud.

She's very socially awkward. I think I read an interview with her where she explains she's never really had friends. This would make sense and explain her strange behaviour/anxiety when she witnessed other human beings having fun

It spoke volumes for me. She was literally fuming at the fact others were having fun and it wasnt at someone elses expense and she wasn't involved. How the hell can that make anyone mad?

Even those who think Katie was being incredibly perceptive in calling the happiness fake, Why cant she let it go and let people have their fun even if in her eyes its fake? Why does she want to dictate the mood of the house?

She said she is fine with people hating her,but if she is given a compliment she cant handle that,that is quite sad really.

I think it was just more the fake Alicia laughter,it would have pissed me off too,it was way over the top,infact looked as though it was done on purpose.

I find it hilarious that someone so insignificant and irrelevant as Hoppo, can actually get peoples dander up so high. This is what makes the show, or would you rather listen to damp squid rattling on about her x hubbies anal likes.

You dont know if it was done on purpose but the question is why would that annoy Katie? What exactly does it have to do with Katie? Why couldnt she just leave it or laugh along? She's had no problem being sycophantic when it suits her but when Alicia's having fun she's annoyed.

It is quite sad, but she just makes these things up to appear interesting and lie to herself that she doesn't mind being considered obnoxious

It clearly gets to her that she lacks the social skills to integrate, which is why she struggled when the other HM's were joking
