I'd want to push and push to bring the 'real' Katie Hopkins to the forefront and really get her mad, so much so that she blew her top and then fired off with all she was really thinking about all of them in there.

Her nose is deliberately big so she can sniff all the BS around her and she is putting it to good use. She has sniffed out the 2 biggest twats in the house Perez and Nadia and her sensory perception of Alicia playing dumb is getting results. Now that's what I call a good nose.
