Well she has part of her brain missing and suffers from severe epilepsy. So I guess it depends on your definition.

She doesn't act normal.

She is most definitely sick.

its a kind of illness that makes her a hurtful and dangerous person. the people who give her a platform should be ashamed of themselves. hopefully this disastrous performance will see the end of anyone ever taking her seriously or giving her any credibility ever again

Katie is one of the most sane ones in there!

I would say she is somewhere on the Aspergers scale. I would not class that as mentally ill.

How the regular folks behave. She doesn't seem to have appropriate filters for a lot of the things she says. Her behavior towards Perez is bizarre and childish.

its the same every year the group of mean bullies pick on and bully the most entertaining housemate...happened to gary busey, happened to dirk benedict, happened to Michael madsen, happened to jim davidson. it just goes on and on

I don't think there is much doubt Perez has some issues. He has a huge need to be the centre of attention.

Some types of epilepsy can cause temporary changes to the personality ie,
Temporal lobe epilepsy, the changes occur immediately before a seizure.
Dont like the woman but she hasnt used her illness as a an excuse for her
behaviour, so some credit to her.
