Cereal at night?

I have just been skyping my mother (my dad is in Jamaica, and shes lonely bless her) and on webcam i was tucking into a nice bowl of cornflakes. After my first mouthful her face turned to horror as she realized i was eating a breakfast food in the evening. My sister also was walking past and saw my mum's face in disgust and thought it was also totally weird and gross.

Whats your verdict? Cereal at night a good lightweight snack for just before bedtime? Or totally vile and should only be eaten as a breakfast meal.

Thoughts?

I love cereal at night. It's a brilliant snack.

Its amazing!
Doesn't bloat you out like a sandwich.
And makes you feel that bit more healthier than having crisps or chocolate!

I've never given any thought to it, I've always assumed eating it at night was normal.

I eat it during the day sometimes too. :hehe:

I only eat cereal at night, never in the morning or during the day :smug:

I used to love rice krispies or coco pops with hot milk at night :flutter:

I was about 8 years old though

Actually I need to buy some and start having that again

I don't do it now but up until about being 18/19 I was fond of having a bowl of cereal before going to bed.

Usually crunchy nut clusters, coco pops or Special K

If I'm craving something sugary and I feel it's too late for choc, I will have cornflakes, they're nice junk food. However I wouldn't have them in the morning, that's what porridge is for

Always eat it at night! With some banana.

I think it a good way to end the day as to food, I often have cereal at night too. You are definitely not alone in that Conzors.
