...why is Perez making out Patsy was a bitch. Just because she was evicted he's making the housemates believe it because she was two faced!

I'm sure he as telling them about how she nommed Nadia, but at the end he was talking about someone being two faced when KP asked him but he was talking about Cami (and how she lied to KP) I believe not Patsy.

Because he's two faced and will do anything for attention

Okay then Cami defo is after the whole KP thing this evening.

Because, he is going to try and ally himself with KP. He hopes that the lies he tells her will be more convincing if he already has slated Patsy.

KP asked if anyone in the house was two faced. He said yes. Then she asked if about her. He said yes, but he's not naming any names. That wasn't about Patsy.

He mentioned being surprised by what he saw of Patsy (presumably nominating Nadia) but he understood her actions. And Nadia nominated Patsy too so I don't really see the big deal.
