I don't think he had intentions of malice towards Nadia's cooking the Perez is making out... and I therefore also don't think he remembers saying anything neg b/c it wasn't intended as a slight towards Nadia

It's just Perez's warped tiny little mind that wants to make him out to be a villain

Exactly, an innocuous conversation was twisted into something it wasn't so he was genuinely taken aback and not trying to cover anything up. Think he actually handled himself quite well all things considered

he did slag her cooking but everything gets magnified...its hilarious how offended callum got? he just cant believe that anyone has stood up for perez and that someone has stood up against his pack of bullies
