Scenes cut over complaint fears?
 

Channel 5 has been forced to cut scenes from Celebrity Big Brother 2015 over fears of more complaints.


We told on Monday how the show attracted a further 1,100 complaints in its second week to TV watchdog Ofcom.

Every single episode attracted at least 10 complaints while a number saw over 100, with one episode seeing more than 800 people write in.

They’re in addition to the 500 complaints in the opening week which saw the ejection of two housemates.

Last night saw Perez Hilton return to the house and immediately wind up Katie Hopkins.

While we did seen him chase, kiss and even LICK Katie, more of Perez’s antics were cut from the episode.

In scenes not shown, Perez spent the evening “frantically thrusting his hips” at Katie before telling her to “lick it good, suck this d***, just like you should”, The Sun newspaper reports.

The tabloid claims that bosses axed the segment due to “fearing a major backlash” from viewers.

Meanwhile, Big Brother had to call Cami Li to the Diary Room this week to investigate whether her nickname “Chola” was potentially offensive.

Evicted Patsy Kensit revealed: “Cami Li is like my little Chola. It’s a Latina gangster. I love all American films and stuff so I was talking to her about stuff like that and Chola’s a name I’ve heard in a film and she loved it.

“But [Big Brother] called her upstairs and said, ‘Is it an offensive term? Chola?’ And she was like, ‘No, it’s great!'”

Celebrity Big Brother 2015 continues nightly on Channel 5.

no wonder she was enjoying herself then.

Cuts happen all the time. In all honesty we barely get shown anything LOL. Would've been good to see Perez do that though.

All the better for Katie, she is now odds on favourite for the first time 10/11.

Perez and Nadia self destruct, many expected amother fight night and we got Perez and Nadia with the shortest suicide note in history.

That's why BB asked Katie Hopkins if she had been offended in the diary room....and fair play to her she took it light heartidly and took it in the 'game' fun that it was.

WHY OH WHY OH WHY do people watch BB and then COMPLAIN about it !!!

What are they expecting ? Postman Pat !!

If they don't like that type of show - DON'T WATCH IT.

Complainers like that are ruining the full-blooded experience for all us adult viewers who ENJOY the controversy !!

It's like booking a holiday to the north pole and then complaining about the ice. DON'T GO THERE THEN !!

the funny part is no one even mentioned it till Perez said it. Then the "racist" complaints started. nevermind that Patsy said chola a couple times the episode prior. :joker:

Can you also extend this to celebs who go in and immediately start complaining and want to go home.

They know what happens, they have said they are big fans but never stop complaining.

I looked too but thought it might be borderline, you can never tell these days what is acceptable or not as it seems constantly changing.

However, when Patsy used it, it was as a friend. When Perez used it, it seemed defamatory.

So are you saying that those who find him revolting shoudnt have their say? I find him revolting and I disagree with the double standards of them pushing Ken and Jeremy out the door then letting this idiot get away with murder. I find Nadia guilty of double standards and hypocricy. One of them will hopefully go tomorrow then perhaps those who would rather see some of the others have the limelight will be made very happy. I would love to see more of Kav and Calum interacting with Katie H, Cami and Michelle.

I thought it would be when cami said to callum 'I wish I had a gun' when perez was put back in the house.

I don't know who wrote it but a poster gave me the biggest laugh when he wrote about Perez leaving the secret room, that he would have bricked the door up.
