Kav told him to **** off in a nasty way and then jived to Perez that he'd made an enemy that rivaled Perez. It was for no reason at all but it was filled with drunken malice and hate.

A **** off in the street is a joke, and the way he laughed about it showed that it was someone who wasn't saying it in a malicious way.

Stop taking stuff out of context for your own justification.

I think what he meant when he said that about Kav is that no one he knows has ever said something like that to him.

Random people on the street do shout out stuff, specially if you are famous but its not really the same as someone you know and interact with saying something like that to you.

I think he might have meant as in one on one direct conversation with some one as opposed to being verbally abused by some random on the street if that makes sense
