I honestly don't have a favourite meal.
Just love food in general, apart from spuds.

A very good blended whisky (so much better that 90% of malts) and some blue cheese and some oatcakes

or

A sharp, grassy Sauvignon Blanc with hot French bread and high quality salty butter

caribbean food (spicier the better)

My fave meal to make is Pad Thai, that's because there are a few simple processes involved, and once you get the hand of it, it turns out really well.
