Kirk did not want a fuss but i dont think we should allow people to leave unless they do 3 months notice period and have a week in the stocks.

and its also time Jesus came back.

It is a shame kirk has gone. ..He was very supportive to me recently and put a lot of thoughts into his posts which I always appreciate even if I don't agree with the content all the time
