Katie Hopkins falls at the final hurdle - When did she lost it?

She had the win in her grabs for most of the series. Yet at the last possible moment she crashes and burns. (In terms of winning)

When was the moment that she lost it? Opinions?

Stevep 06-02-2015 09:53 PM

When she targeted Keith.

Samm 06-02-2015 09:53 PM

She didn't lose it, Katie P has loads of fans

Kizzy 06-02-2015 09:53 PM

When she had a pop at pricey for coming in late and saying she didn't deserve to be there at the end.

In terms of winning she lost as there is only one winner.

Benjamin 06-02-2015 09:54 PM

She lost it when Perez went. If he had been in the final guaranteed she would have won

Well, she just did about half an hour ago, yes.

I don't think the final week with Keith did her much good, but overall I'd say it was Calum's sudden increase in popularity that took away some of her fanbase.

Jack The Cat 06-02-2015 09:54 PM

The moment it was announced Katie Price was going in. Her fan base made her unstoppable, her actions in the house were irrelevant.

^ that too. No reason for a protest vote.

cfromhx02 06-02-2015 09:55 PM

She lost it in her childhood I think. Always been a bit crazy that one, with her general bigoted abuse

and how she enjoys picking on ill and weak people.

Think her cold Tory parents probably abused her,

no need to take it out on others though

Calderyon 06-02-2015 09:55 PM

I think she needed for Perez to be in the final to get the last push from Perez haters.

So i agree with Ben on this.

The strategists KH, Calum and Michelle handed it to her on a plate

The day she started telling Alicia she was stupid, dumb whatever language she used. That was very cruel and possibly very damaging to Alicia and her family.

And you call her vile, what a disgusting thing to say

Jamesy 06-02-2015 10:33 PM

She got to 2nd place so she did well, I'm actually surprised she got that far. I don't think she lost it at any point really. Katie Price has a massive fan base so there was always a chance they would over power the votes against anyone.

She finally lost it!

No one remembers second place. Winner takes all!

CaudleHalbard 06-02-2015 10:38 PM

Er, not true. Winners are often forgotten.

I meant as in there was not a moment in the show that she 'lost it', as asked in by the OP

Disagree with the no one remembers second place though. It hugely depends on the people themselves. It can really vary with each series

ozzyshaggah 06-02-2015 10:46 PM

the moment that she uttered her first word

in hopkins speak :she should have been drowned at birth

hahahahaah

And that is why Katie Hopkins is a winner, no matter what or where she finishes.

joeysteele 06-02-2015 11:20 PM

Probably the moment Katie Price went in, I personally thought and hoped she was never really going to win it,however I still think it was when she turned on Keith.

She lost it in the greater part because not only of Katie Price's fanbase but as the numbers went down, more people got behind Katie Price, myself included,to hopefully ensure Katie Hopkins didn't win.

Thank goodness she didn't too after her ridiculous performance on her bbbots interview.
How dignified and far more worthy as a winner did Katie Price come across as in comparison to that spite from Katie Hopkins.

Nemo123 06-02-2015 11:26 PM

When she publicly tweeted the Gazans were "rodents" the Israelis should wipe out back in November 2014.

bots 06-02-2015 11:32 PM

Attacking Keith was never going to be a good move, attacking alicia was never going to be a good move and then the group of 3 attacking KP for not being there long enough sealed the positions of everyone.

This, going in as 'Britains most hated woman' and coming out runner up is pretty good going.
