The real disgrace
 

The real disgrace was that Michelle felt she was a needed voice for the lgbt community. What a sham! I'm glad she was out first too bad it wasn't before Perez. But unlike her, Perezdidn't have a community of gay men wearing rose coloured glasses voting for him, many who hadn't even watched the show. I'm glad she's out and hopefully she learns from this. I don't think she is a bad lady but there is nothing worse than ally speaking for a minority group.

I think Michelle was the biggest disappointment of all the HMs. Apart from standing up for gays - has she forgotten that the days of Oscar Wilde have long gone, even Quinten Crisp including not that long ago Joe Orton, that gays can (and do) very much stand up for themselve, Michelle stated that she supports misfits etc. Why then didn't she put Hopkins in her place when Hopkins was very rude (several times to Alicia and others)? She (Michelle) let the bully of this years house get away with something she (Michelle) would normally have confronted. She said on BOTS how much she loved KP but in the house she scorned KP and hoped she would not be in the top three and always seemed to agree with her new BFF, Hopkins. So glad Michelle came last out of the final five.

Like many women "of a certain age", Michelle is an espouser of causes. Without necessarily having first hand experience of what she is espousing! ;)

IMO Michelle let herself down by aligning with Katie H.

I was kinda annoyed with Michelle then i remembered something. In lots of countries gay rights are still horrible and we need as much as support we can get. Maybe she is not always perfect but her intentions are great and if you watch her carefully she seriously cares about gay people. Everyone(most of the people if not everyone) has something in their life defines them and for michelle it is this. I am very grateful for what she is trying to do and for the other people who tries as well.
