Get rid of Rylan Clark, Benedict Garret, and Pauline Bennett.

Replace with Lee Ryan, and Nicola McClean or Frenchy.

Trying to keep a good balance of civillian BB/Celeb BB HMs, who I would like to see back & who I think would be likely to be asked back/do it again
