Slightly confused... I appreciate you efforts with the eye, But "just posting an eye" is a bit of a waste of space.. People like Elliebrew can get away with it because she Spend a lot of time making the eye, and she makes ads and stuff like that. This looks like it too 5 minutes in Paint.net... But I thought I would just point that out! Here are my thoughts on the eye :
-Looks Rushed
-Bad quality Background
-Black lines round the eye
Maybe you should take some time learning how to use Paint.Net to the best of its ability, or learn to use gimp or photoshop :)

Paint.net is simple, there are lots of black lines on this design, so you might need to change some of the setting so they will go away. Go on youtube and find some tutorials, people will be more willing to look at your threads when you start using it better and taking atleast 30-60 minutes on your work :)

I agree. Ellie doesn't "get away with it" because there's nothing to "get away with", the the OP hasn't done anything wrong. He made an eye and shared it, that's fine, there's no rule that says he has to design loads of extras too. :shrug:
