Starter, Main Course or Dessert?

Which part of a 3 course meal is your fave?

Liam- 24-03-2015 08:31 PM

Main, i like a dessert if it's a good one, but I'm more of a savoury person

Vanessa 24-03-2015 08:31 PM

Main course. I don't usually go to restaurants but when i go i only have that. I can't eat more than one dish.

LukeB 24-03-2015 08:32 PM

Dessert :flutter:

It's funny when you eat a Starter and Main you're so full but you have room for Dessert!

MB. 24-03-2015 08:32 PM

Like anyone on TiBB's going to say starter.

Why? :suspect:

MTVN 24-03-2015 08:33 PM

Main, although I much prefer starters over deserts and rarely have the latter

andybigbro 24-03-2015 08:36 PM

I love all three. But Main us by far the best.

I love a good dessert though and starters start off the meal nicely. :)

Main, I do love certain starters which you sometimes can't get as mains though (like prawns with chilli/garlic sauce and stuff)

Same, I don't have much of a sweet tooth

Lostie! 24-03-2015 09:03 PM

I don't usually get starter / dessert when I eat out. Sometimes the group might get a garlic bread or something to share as a starter but otherwise I don't bother.

Natalie. 24-03-2015 09:09 PM

I love a nice dessert

hijaxers 24-03-2015 09:18 PM

I only usually have a main, but if i ever go anywhere the does tuna, onions & beans i always have it - same with dessert there is only one i like and thats grapes in Pernod !

cheeky_monkey 24-03-2015 09:30 PM

Dessert

Daniel-X 24-03-2015 09:32 PM

I like all three but usually I have a two course meal of main and desert. Starters bore me tbqh there's only so many times you can have 'soup of the day' or 'chicken liver pate'

Livia 24-03-2015 09:33 PM

I usually have a starter and main knowing that by the time we get to dessert I'll be full. If it's a place with heavenly desserts however, I'll skip the starter and go for the pud.

Anaesthesia 24-03-2015 09:41 PM

Starter and main, with an eye to leaving room for a dessert ;)
Main though if only one, or starter if not so hungry :)

Kizzy 24-03-2015 10:55 PM

I only like fruit to start, so I'll say main and dessert.

Mokka 24-03-2015 11:14 PM

..we would be the perfect dinner dates because I would eat your dessert as well...

..I hardly ever have a starter as that would fill me up and I wouldn't eat my main so I'll go with main and dessert or sometimes just dessert....

BigSister 29-03-2015 09:49 PM

Main for me. Sometimes I have a desert but hardly have a starter

billy123 30-03-2015 12:25 AM

Main. if theres room for dessert then your main wasnt big enough.
No need for all the fancy shiz surrounding a meal the main meal is all that matters.
(and besides im lactose intolerant and there is rarely anything on the dessert menu that wouldnt make me shart my pantaloons before i got home)

My kind of lady.

GypsyGoth 30-03-2015 12:39 AM

The main is my fave easily, I skip starters most of the time, and for desert a cookie with my coffee will do.
