Perrie Edwards compared to Yoko Ono

ffs

Perrie Edwards has been compared to Yoko Ono by angry One Direction fans.

The Little Mix singer has been blamed for her fiancé Zayn Malik's shocking decision to quit the boy band today (25.03.15) because he recently left their world tour due to stress after he was photographed holding hands with student Lauren Richardson in Thailand.

Shortly after the 22-year-old singer confirmed the news, one fan lashed out at his fiancée on Twitter, writing: ''Perrie's the modern day Yoko Ono ... I can't believe this''

Another tweeted: ''PERRIE EDWARDS IS THE YOKO ONO OF ONE DIRECTION''

Yoko, who is the widow of the late John Lennon, was often blamed for breaking up the Beatles.

Meanwhile, other users suggested Perrie should quit Little Mix in order to support Zayn's desire to lead a ''normal'' life.

One fan wrote: ''What just happened?! Did Perrie made him chose her over his career? Unfair, man. She should also quit if that's the case. Just an opinion (sic).''

Sources previously revealed that Zayn was willing to do anything to prove his commitment to the 'Move' singer, 21, after he jetted back to the UK for crisis talks with her following cheating rumours earlier this month.

An insider said: ''Zayn's found touring with the band a big strain this time around - he's seriously exhausted and wanted to let his hair down in Thailand.

''Now his plan has backfired and he's gutted Perrie has been left humiliated.

''He's told Perrie he'll do anything to please her and wants to stop pushing their wedding date back. He says he wants to get married this year. But Perrie is finding it hard to let go of what she's seen.''

as if most of their fans even know who Yoko Ono is anyway

I love that on the radio earlier after the news they said if anyone was affected by his decision to quit they should talk to a councillor or their parents/friends who can support them at this time of need.... ****ing pathetic little dweeps

Amy Jade 26-03-2015 10:46 AM

I figured she would shoulder some blame which is actually pathetic really. I hope she dumps him.

If a lot of Kanye West fans didn't have a clue who Paul was, I really do doubt that a bunch of 13 year olds know about Yoko

Iceman 26-03-2015 10:52 AM

Some fans seem to blame Perrie. It's bizarre.

ROFL

What the hell. I hope OneD fans realise just how little they matter and that they have actual lives to live outside of their music

People seem to forget a lot of their fans are kids, not mature enough to get HE wants to leave,it's all happened before, this is nothing new,it'll die down soon IF the media let it!!

I don't get how you're saying this is all the haters? It's the fans having an outcry over this over reacting and threatening her. I think you lumping all the blame on the media and haters is a bit unfair.

Some of the fans are being stupid, over the top and immature Iceman, but I would expect a certain amount of that from fans as a lot of them are kids, BUT the media are covering it as though he has died, they make it worse and some of the stuff I've read from some of the haters is tbh unrepeatable just one example that he should be found dead with several needles hanging out of him, what the hell is that all about, people need to get a grip.

Crimson Dynamo 26-03-2015 04:35 PM
