I've seen the first but not the second, it was disgusting

(but it was still creepy, this looks like a film you'd see on Syfy starring Tara Reid)

Apparently the first wasnt that bad, but the second was made simply to shock/disgust people. I have read about scenes that had to be cut out from it before it was allowed to be shown here and its clear the producer just wanted controversy rather than to make a decent film

I usually dont comment on things I havent watched btw. But I have hard enough about this from various sources that I feel able to0 comment without actually putting myself through watching it :laugh:

i've never understood the hype, like when the first one came out everyone was saying how disturbing it was but i found it so mild

I actually saw the 2nd one in theaters. There was an old lady sitting a few rows ahead who clearly has no idea what she's in for but manages to stay. Halfway through the film there was a projection error, everyone was silent until she said "this is the worse movie I've ever seen in my entire life." all of us laughed.

Moments like that are worth it when you're watching it with strangers. If it gets another arthouse release I would totally see it with another group.
