Central New York native Tiffany Pollard is ready for the spotlight again.
The 33-year-old reality star, known as "New York" on VH1 shows "Flavor of Love" and "I Love New York," appeared on the E! show "Botched" this week to fix her plastic surgery gone wrong. Pollard said her "saggy and disgusting" breast implants were holding her back after a planned project called "Ratchet Queens" was dropped last year.
"Fabulosity starts, begins and ends within, but we live in a society where exterior counts," she says in a new deleted scene from "Botched."
Pollard appeared on "I Love New Work," Tuesday's season 2 premiere of the cosmetic surgery series, revealing how she got double-D breast implants after appearing "flat-chested" on Flavor Flav's dating show. She also discovered she had a deviated septum and got a nose job along with her new boob job.
The self-proclaimed "H.B.I.C." (Head B---- In Charge), a graduate of Thomas R. Proctor High School in Utica, said she's now feeling more confident and her nose "smells like money." In the newly released scene, she said that she wants her own television series again.
"Right now, I'm ready for my next big break. I'm ready for a TV show. I'm ready to become a household name and stay a household name, finally," she said. "I'm about to take over this Earth."

So sad she had to cancel all her projects over the past few years because of her bad boob job, I'm glad it's corrected now though and she's determined to restart her career.
