Mark Ruffalo is my favourite out of all the actors but Hulk hasn't really been expanded on as much as the others (which is understandable really cos he doesn't have his own franchise)... Hawkeye just hasn't made any impression on me at all so far.

Thor > Captain America > Black Widow > Iron Man > Hulk > Hawkeye

In terms of sexiness Black Widow, in terms of toughness i guess Hulk.
