Started watching Survivor
 

Hi Everyone.

Have recently started watching Survivor, have only wathed a few seasons so PLEASE minimal spoilers here!

I've watched (In order)

29, 28, 19 full seasons.

29- Enjoyed it kinda, Natalie was the only worthy winner. Thought it wasn't the best starting with this season on reflection.
28- Tony! What a season, Kass and co also- really enjoyed this season, way better than 29!
19- WOW! What a season, I loved it from start to finish, actually happy Natalie won, probably an unpopular opinion as Russell was by far the best player!

Have just started watching Season 20, I know it's an all stars and I'm potentially spoiling Seasons 1-18 but I'm watching the Amazing Race (I prefer it & shall start a seperate thread soon for my watching) from seasons 1-26 so didn't want to do all of Survivor. Plan to do Survivor until 27. Am currently watching 30 also, Mike's the only player I like and maybe Sierra- the rest are all so unlikeable!

What's everyone's thoughts on Seasons 29, 28 & 19? Also 30? I'm up to episode 6 with season 20 have heard it's one of the best seasons though and it's certainly proving that so far!

What other seasons should I look at watching other than 21,22,23,24,25,26 & 27 when I'm done with 20?

20 and 16 are the best 2 seasons. 28 was pretty good 29 ehh 30 ehh. As for 19 great cast but worst edited season ever because they only focused on 1 player.

You can go ahead and skip 21 22 23 and 24. 25 and 27 two of the best ones though.

I've only seen 28, 29 and 30. 28 was amazing, 29 was better towards the end and 30 is atrocious.

27 one of the best ones? Girl, BvW is the most average season of Survivor ever.

Also, Russell sucks and was not the best player lmao don't feel ashamed in your Natalie love ^_^

China and Micronesia are pretty epic.

I just watched 30 & I thought it was pretty good?

Good for the drams but the cast was mostly awful.

I didn't realise the format was so close to BBUS.

1. The best player always wins. Russell was FAR from the best player, he's really one of the total worst in history. If you make it to the end and managed the jury well enough to get the majority of votes, you win and are the best, the end. Go Natalie <3 stragetic goddess of Samoa, riding Russell like a mule

2. You are headed into the dark years of Survivor. It all goes to **** after 20, and the only good seasons are 25 and 28. My advice would be to watch better seasons like 1, 2, 7, 12, or 15. I am a massive survivor fan and cannot stomach rewatching 22, 23, or 26. 30 is almost as bad. 29, 27, 24, and 21 are all very meh. They have their moments but are overall fairly boring.
