In Harrogate, we have Rudy, the slightly scary, crazy Heroin addict. He's nice to talk to you but if you ignore him, he growls and follows you. He's been known to tell women that they are 'fking ugly' and he also thinks he's God!

idk if there is anything wrong with him but my mum said when i was a baby we were in greggs and he was there and i kept laughing at him and he started shouting so they kicked him out :joker:

i always speak to him whenever i see him now and there is a rumor that his parents were really rich (like millionaire's) but they left him nothing and gave it all to his sister idk if that is true though

and it's probably not true tbh. The rumour about Rudy in our town is that he apparently saw his parents get murdered when he was a kid. I don't think its true, I just think people like to make these stories up

He sells this portrait of a sailboat to anyone with $10-$20 ... and it is the same one everytime, and he claims to have hand drawn them all.
They have even started to make T-shirts with the image and his name on it for tourists...
