100% British cast

Does anyone else miss the usual diversity? I usually enjoy the diversity of nationalities on BB, i think i might miss having some Americans or other foreigners on the show, what do you think?

Iceman 14-05-2015 10:52 PM

Jade is not British.

Ireland is part of the British Isles.

She's Irish.

I do miss the diversity, especially as we have a big Polish and Indian community it would be nice to see this reflected in BB, like BB5 and BB6/

Tom4784 14-05-2015 10:54 PM

Nor is Adjoa iirc.

Still, BBUK's housemates tend to be more diverse than any other country's from what I recall.

But it isn't part of Britain. Or the UK.

Benjamin 14-05-2015 10:55 PM

Also isn't Adjoa Dutch?

Jason. 14-05-2015 10:55 PM

I don't really care, TBH.

BB15's diversity of nationality consisted of Kimberly, Pav and Jale, all three of which were either dull or pathetic.

lostalex 14-05-2015 10:56 PM

I must say, it is nice seeing a proper obese bloke on. It's rare for a proper fatty to make it. especially a young one.

Born in Amsterdam, yep. That accent speaking Dutch is something I can't wait to see.

lostalex 14-05-2015 10:59 PM

I thought I read the rumors were that it was gonna be a US vs. UK season with half and half. So i was disappointed.

Ugh how depressing.

Jason. 14-05-2015 11:01 PM

that UK vs US things sounds like a **** idea. So it's perfect for Endemol.
Can't wait for CBB16 to average 1.7m.

Exceeding expectations

Agreed, was very disapointed with the lack of cultural diversity in this year's cast. Adjoa is the only one with that interesting background.

Still, Ireland being the only diversity (apart from Adjoe born in Holland) is still not that great in terms of casting

Jason. 15-05-2015 12:28 AM

Anything is better than the BB12/BB15 cast.
Diverse or not diverse.
Recruits or not recruits.

bots 15-05-2015 12:31 AM

it is UKBB why does it need to be international? If you take it to the extremes. How many of the housemates could boast completely UK lineage, I will say now ... zero

karezza 15-05-2015 08:22 AM

Only nine of them are English.
