Time for an All Stars series next year?
 

With viewing figures seemingly low this year, and rumours of Channel 5 picking up the rights to an All Stars series, do you think it's time for an All Stars series next year?

I hope they do, it could spark peoples interest in the show again. Plus I'd love to see some underrated housemates get a second chance too.

They should do it after BB17, next year. Instead of the summer CBB.
To celebrate it being five years on Channel 5.

It could even launch on August 18th 2016, to celebrate the exact date. But then again, celebrating CBB8 is shameful.
The BB7 final was on that day too. So they could also celebrate 10 years since BB7 ended.

I'm not optimistic about C5's ability to choose all stars, we'd probably end up with a house full of Jays, Scotts and Ashleighs :yuk:

There is no stars from the civilian series'. Unless they pay the old celebs to re-enter, I wouldn't be interested.

as long as no one from BB15 goes in then yeah well toya and Danielle only, Toya for being a good hm and Danielle for being robbed. I would love to see Deana :flutter:

Surprised Sam Evans is not on that list.

They need to do a public vote like they did in America

BB15 sucked tbh but I didn't like Danielle going when she wasn't meant to and toya was PH. I would say Marlon but Danielle brought more.

On past form, you'd end up with Jay rather than Aaron, Conor rather than Deana (she'll never go near that place again), Sam rather than Dexter/Gina/Hazel (and he'll probably win again) and Helen. God help us all.

I'd be all for this, on the condition that it replaces Summer CBB and not BB.

No because he is hardly rememberable till you look at your sig full of about 5 legends and some fairly average or boring housemates.

Hmm, I'm not sure how I would feel about all this i love big brother and I whet it when they throw in All Star series when a show isn't ready for ending.

My first thought when I read this was 'omg yes!', then ':umm2: actually hell no' and now I think it'd be a really good idea

I mean sure you can't really trust the public and we would probably end up with a ****ing terrible bunch of housemates, or at least a lot of them would be, but can you imagine the campaign they could run? There could be loads of hype, a shortlist of maybe 30 or 50 or even 100 housemates drawn up by the producers (that are actually almost all good, no duds, then that'd stop the public ruining things) for the viewers to vote on, and there could be billboards, campaign videos, special Big Brother related programmes interviewing the shortlist. Really getting people excited about some of the classic housemates from years gone by, in terms of promotion I think it could really work!

If C5 even put Sam Evans up on the shortlist, I'd be campaigning for them to close the channel down, never mind for who I want on an All Stars series

I don't think they'll do it until BB is being axed, like UBB for C4.
