Really finding it hard to make a decision of the three, it would be a shame to see any of them leave. Based off the past few days, I'd probably say Eileen unfortunately. Sarah and Adjoa have just been more entertaining for me.

Well as Adjoa's been great the last few days, Eileen's a freak, and Sarah's still doing nothing interesting then the outcome is easy for me.

Eileen needs to leave, i dont find her entertaining, she will always be on the outside, adjoa and sarah can develop way more..

Eileen/Adjoa. I feel like Sarah has potential and we will miss out on it down the road. Eileen has been boring as hell aside from her task. She's hamming it up for the cameras now to stay in. Adjoa is a bit of an actress but I think she'll cause fights later on.
