yes. I do squats at the gym with big weights on my back. Its the best all muscle exercise you can literally do at the gym.

you have to do it right mind

you can also do it with dumbbells

Yes I can,but not as well as I used to due to a torn ham string a couple of years ago doing the splits :joker::joker: that will teach me , one of the most painful injuries ever :bawling:
