About time as well.

I don't see how this will help things, if anything it will make these products more appealing to people D:

Isn't alcohol a legal high also?

Vicky. 29-05-2015 10:51 AM

[Producers and suppliers of "legal highs" could face up to seven years
in jail under new legislation published today by the Government.

The Psychoactive Substances Bill proposes a blanket ban for
all New Psychoactive Substances (NPS or "legal highs"),
but substances such as alcohol, tobacco and caffeine would be excluded from the ban.]

Did it? Granted I only have a few Irish mates on FB but I hear an awful lot about something called 'salvia' from them. From what I know of it, thats a legal high (though I suspect illegal in ireland because of this post)

I think that comes under food Vicky, could be wrong.

user104658 30-05-2015 10:57 AM

Blanket ban would include both alcohol and nicotine.

Verdict: not a blanket ban.

user104658 30-05-2015 10:58 AM

Oh and caffeine. If someone bans my Coffee I'm ****ing trashing a war memorial to dust.

When will they learn? Legalise it, regulate it, make the products safe for consumption and take the criminality and thrill seeking out of it.
