It worked for me, Simon and Sam discussing possible nominees. Their choices were bleeped though.

You can just see how this will pan out:

BB: You must pick any 2 people to be up for the vote.
Nominators: We want to nominate Jade and Danny
BB: You can nominate anyone but Jade. Jade is immune.
Nominators: Why?
BB: We haven't decided yet.
