Double Standards...
Simon answer's a question in the DR saying Chloe least deserves to win, fair enough he shouldn't have said otherwise to her face but then Chloe calls Simon fake, a snake, a failure, a flop, pathetic, a liar, states in the DR she would put her fingers on his windpipe and so on, but Chloe receives no backlash.
Simon had to answer the question fgs  She also doesn't say everything to his face like she claims, like earlier in the highlights when she was whispering under the covers to Nick that Simon was a weirdo... So then Chloe calls Marc Lard Arse then when he retaliates and calls her Phat everyone goes mad at Marc  Hows that fair? I'm confused here, is Chloe above everyone else, is no one allowed to say they don't think she should win  It's complete double standards IMO |

I'm glad you made this thread because I had the exact same thoughts during the episode, and I'm someone who's been supporting Chloe and not fond of Simon.

The thing with Chloe was escalated by Marc. He was the first one to bring appearance into it calling her a yorkshire pudding which really only has one interpretation. Also, calling Marc lard arse is hardly that much of an insult considering he's not exactly carrying a lot of fat. Chloe on the other hand does have a bit of extra weight. Marc is definitely the bad guy in that situation. He wanted to play a game and got frustrated when it didn't take off.
Marc was put down by the others because he instigated the row and the things he said had a grain of truth and were therefore more hurtful. It was fair enough for the house to tell him he'd crossed the line there. |

I understood that a 'joke' is only funny if everyone laughs (and that is what I told a group of 6 year olds). |
